Apples & Peaches

In the last two days we have picked 48 lbs of apples and 55 lbs of peaches to put away for the winter. We made applesauce last year and put it in the freezer. My husband made and canned some yummy peach jam too. This year I hope to process these in a few more ways, thought I'm not sure what yet. Off to peruse the Ball Blue Book of Preserving!
